Kalasha Temple

A large temple cabinet with a kalasha crown, inlaid doors, bells, and a carved base.

This is the grand piece. A kalasha rises over a crown of carving and small shrines. Strings of beads and bells hang from the eave. The doors mix deep relief with coloured inlay, brass handles, and a lower register of pierced panels. The base is a plinth of drawers, inlay, and an openwork foot.
